Ken Graves
Ken Graves, CSE, CME. President and CEO, is a graduate of Northeastern University, B.S., and has over 25 years of management and consulting experience. Ken's area of expertise is driving results by leveraging human potential through strategic career selection and skill based performance improvement initiatives. In addition, Ken has earned formal certification in both Sales and Marketing from the Accreditation Institute of Sales & Marketing Executives International.
As a Performance Improvement Consultant, Ken has experience working with many world-class corporations such as; AIG, Aramark, Astra Pharmaceutical, Avery-Dennison, BankBoston, Blue Cross /Blue Shield, Bose Corporation, Chevrolet USA, Digital Equipment Co., EmergencyOne Fire Apparatus, Envirosource and IMS, Fleet Financial Services, Eastern Resorts, Friendly's Restaurants, GTE Sylvania, Hasbro, Johnson & Johnson, Legal Sea Foods, Liberty Mutual Insurance Co., Liberty Financial Services, Lotus Development Corporation, MetLife Auto & Home, Morgan Stanley Dean Witter, Pratt & Whitney, Reebok International, Serono Laboratories, Toray Plastics USA, and United Parcel Services.
As an executive with BI Performance Services, he worked on several Quality Performance Teams that positioned the company to win the Minnesota State Quality Award in 1994 and qualified the company for a site visit as a prelude to winning the USA National Malcolm Baldridge Award in 2000.
Ken's passion is to help companies and people discover and leverage their potential performance improvement opportunities.
Diane Stevens
Diane Stevens, Vice President, is a Magna cum Laude graduate of Bryant College, Bachelor of Science degree. Diane has over 15 years of experience in human resource consulting and recruiting. She has won Awards for Excellence as Chairperson for Regional and National Boards promoting professionalism in various industries. She was the National Chairperson for CLM Workshop on Professional Development (a national group of logistics professionals). She has also chaired many regional roundtables to discuss pertinent human resource issues for various clients.
She has been an active participant in professional seminar for various industries. She counts as her clients many Fortune 1000 companies as well as local and regional companies specifically in the Northeast. As a consultant to businesses both on a local and national level, Diane has worked with companies to improve their hiring processes through the use of career-based assessments.
She has been an editor and author of industry newsletters, articles and books., She is the author of the JobFITforLife Workbook, a self-administered program to assist people in their search for career happiness and successes.
